Specialist Inventories
Bereavement Inventory:
When a death occurs it is a difficult time for family and friends. The distress, the sense of loss, the feelings of helplessness sometimes almost overtakes those left behind. We all have to face family bereavements and the emotional turmoil that comes with them.
We can help with some of the property matters by preparing an inventory of the deceased’s property on behalf of Executors of the Will. We will do this in a sensitive, unobtrusive and completely secure way. This report will include a room-by-room overview of contents, together with detailed photographs, paying particular attention to jewellery, furniture and sentimental items.
Prices upon request.
Separation Inventory:
It can be a difficult time when a partnership ends between a couple. If there is property tied into the relationship and one person moves out it can be difficult deciding who owns what. We can come in independently and undertake an inventory of the items within the property with accompanying photographs. This report can then be used as a starting point in any further settlement.
Prices upon request.
