York Landlords Fair 2011 – Thurs 17th March, Priory Street Centre

This year’s annual York Landlords Fair, run by City of York Council, is due to take place on Thurs 17th March at the Priory Street Centre in York. The event is open to any Letting Agents and/or Landlords who have an interest the York property market.

Doors open at 12pm - Sessions run from:

• 1pm - 3pm
• 4pm - 6pm
• 7pm - 9pm

Subjects covered in each session are:

• HMO Relicensing
• 2011 Housing Benefit Changes
• Damp, Mould and Condensation
• EPC's and Using Renewable Energy

We will be attending the Fair and will have a small stand, so please come and say hello if you are planning to attend!
